Houses will be shipped without stand connected, you will need to slip the house into the stand once you receive the item. This makes for easy storage and keeps the item safe while shipping. You can see in the last image what they look like separated

Size is approximately 1/8" thick birch plywood and approximate dimensions are listed. Measurements are approximate and measured from the position the item is set to hang and as seen in the listing photos.
